Find quick answers about hearing tests, Oticon hearing aids, repairs, visiting the clinic, and opening hours.
Do I need an appointment?
Calling or WhatsApping before you visit is recommended so the clinic can confirm availability and prepare for the type of help you need.
How long does a hearing test take?
The length depends on the assessment required and your hearing history. Allow enough time for the results to be explained and your questions answered.
Do you repair hearing aids?
The clinic provides cleaning, maintenance, troubleshooting, adjustments, and repair support for Oticon hearing aids.
Do you only supply Oticon?
Yes. John Evans Hearing Aid Consultants specialises exclusively in Oticon hearing aids for supply, fitting, support, and repairs.
Can a family member come with me?
Yes. A family member or communication partner can be helpful, particularly when discussing everyday listening difficulties and hearing aid options.
What should I bring to a repair visit?
Bring both hearing aids where applicable, the charger, and any accessories connected to the problem.
Where is the clinic?
The clinic is at 20 Josiah Tongogara Street, Harare, Zimbabwe.
